Brent was absolutely wonderful! He diagnosed what was not working properly on my bike and got me on the schedule. They repaired everything and gave it a great tuneup. It rode like a dream this past weekend for an endurance ride. I highly recommend Trek in Bee Cave!
Since moving to Texas, I have searching for a good bike shop for my Specialized bike. I found one but it's down in Austin and that's a bit of a drive living up in this area. I recently had a flat and needed to get a new tube and tire. Searching for a local bike shop, I came across Trek Bicycle. I was able to bring my bike in and the guaranteed I would have it back the next day. They also helped me decide to go "tubeless", something I had never considered before.
