My Bike has a flat just up the street from the shop, so I stopped by to get a top off and have the tire inspected. While there I decided to buy an electric air pump. The staff and I talked. They are super friendly and invited me on rides that the shop hosts.
I went by today as someone looking into biking for the first time. Kevin was there to help me and actually spent time explaining everything in detail about their brand. He didn’t blink at the 500 questions I had. He answered all of them like a champ. You can tell that he genuinely loves the sport and is very knowledgeable about it. I will definitely be back soon!
