Extremely disappointing experience. I reached out to this firm with a serious legal issue, provided detailed information, and waited patiently—only to receive a generic rejection letter with no explanation whatsoever. It felt like my time and situation were completely disregarded. If you’re looking for a law office that will actually review your case or communicate like professionals, look elsewhere. This firm couldn’t even be bothered to offer basic courtesy or transparency.
Mr. Treinen, Mercedes, and his team are amazing! They helped me with my case all the way from two states away in Louisiana! I didn’t think I would even have a case after a car sale that I was wrongfully sold without a title.
