We have a large inventory of local, live-edge slabs, and lumber from Washington DC and Maryland species, maple, red cedar, black walnut, cherry, elm, hickory, and osage orange to name a few. Our focus has been on rescuing trees cut for development from the chipper, wind falls and diseased trees that are locally acquired. The history of these trees varies widely, and their stories are revealed when they are milled here on our farm. We had a fantastic experience with Treincarnations. Marcus was very responsive when we reached out and informative and accommodating when we came to pick out a piece for our home bar. We settled on a beautiful slab of Mulberry, which Marcus gave the full backstory for, and then did incredible custom work to protect the wood and cut it to fit our space. We certainly hope to do business with Treincarnations again in the future!

He appreciated our emotional connection to the tree, and helped us figure out how best to cut it up for future uses. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He gave us great advice. For a very reasonable price, he came to our house, picked up the tree, cut it up at his shop,and returned the cut slabs and pieces to us.
