After moving to Southwest Illinois from the East Coast and trying several area CrossFit Boxes, I found a great Community with Treign! Amazing Coaches, running highly effective programming while tailoring it to my needs. Whether you are new to CrossFit, a seasoned athlete or someone trying to figure out where to start your fitness journey…Treign is the right place. An extremely inclusive environment where athletes encourage and challenge each other to grow.
My son has been participating in the youth fitness program for general fitness since February. He is not training for any particular sport. The coaches have been GREAT. They make it fun, yet very functional. My son is a gamer, so it's perfect to get him up and out for some sweat time! He's never had a negative reaction when I say it's time for class. I wish we could get there more often!!
I attended the Festivus Games as my first CF comp. The staff was great and it was awesome atmosphere.
