Over the last few years the service has been terrible and they have become very expensive. My boat and the neighbouring boat which were both serviced by them started to touch each other when I called to ask them to fix it the ridiculous response was we will look at it in a few weeks next time we are in the area it was only when I advised that Id be taking them to task on Damage that they came within the next week to fix it and even then they went on about it rather than apologise for the stuff up. After 14 years on a maritime waitlist my mooring offer arrived, and I had zero knowledge of what was involved. I spoke to Robbie and he gave me excellent guidance on which mooring to take, and the dark art of purchasing apparatus from the previous "owner". They now service my mooring and recently moved it to a new location with minimal fuss. Highly recommended
