If a relative dies without a will, do not allow Daniel Tregonig to be appointed as the representative for the estate! 10/23 he was appointed by a three judge panel. 07/24 the estate was reported as closed. 3/25 he made contact with my attorney with a draft of his final report and identified +30k to be distributed to heirs. 8/25 he still retains the funds to be distributed.
