Very under staffed. Had to delay a day due to weather, but still took two days to get fuel. Had 5 helicopters pulled out on the ramp, but they were unwilling to bring the fuel truck over. Don't seem interested in selling fuel
Excellent service! Called ahead and they were very helpful. Line service was at the plane before we were even unloaded. Great FBO!!
I buy jet fuel there. The employees are super nice, take great care of me. Competent, good hours, mechanics, hangars, crew cars, great coffee
Always cool stuff to see here when I'm working at the airport.
Sat on the tarmac for 15 minutes awaiting staff to assist our plane in offload in Cincinnati, Ohio. I briefly wondered if this was going to be the equivalent to self check out where we have to park it and offload ourselves.
