I was admitted through the emergency department due to a severe gastritis episode, and from the very beginning I received excellent care. Very disappointed in the service we received. Was there for 4 hours with my infant. They didn't really do much. Didn't even offer any testing or bloodwork until we had been in the room over 2.5 hours. My baby was super lethargic and had been continuously vomiting for over an hour. No attempt was even made to offer anti nausea meds. Their answer was let's just watch him and see if he gets better. I could have done that at home without incurring a hospital bill.
