My dad and I were greeted by Billie when we arrived. Our salespersons were her and Joe. 2 awesome people. Billie was warm, welcoming and PATIENT with us 😅. Joe name dropped about 5 different businesses he frequents in the Mon Valley including Ken & Bills and White Barn. I love it when hometown people prioritize our neighbors. We went to see Billie Sue and Joe for a reliable car as we have a little one on the way and my car is totaled from hitting a deer. They got us in a car with an amazing rate and monthly payments. They are so helpful and super friendly. They honestly try to get you in a car that lasts and make the buying processes super easy and quick. They have a couple of customers for life! Can not recommend them enough!
Amazing experience at this family owned dealer. Billie Sue was so sweet and welcoming, we genuinely felt like family. Joe is also great with financing, he was able to get us into a nice Subaru with practically no interest on the loan. Great selection of vehicles on the lot to browse as well. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Tregembo Motors, they are wonderful people and sell great vehicles!
It took around 6 months and many calls to them to get my car registration. My car broke down 5 times in the Almost 1 year I have had it. The first time the car broke down, it had almost no power. They agreed to take care of it, but it was only PATCHED to make it run better. They DID NOT repair the engine leak. It has broke down 4 other times since then with me being the one paying for it. I WILL NEVER go back nor would I recommend their business. Forced to pay off a car that is just currently sitting.
