They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Not only was their advice completely unbiased, it was practical, realistic advice that I could implement into my everyday life, and it worked. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. Before my first appointment with her, Dr. Trefzger requested extensive, detailed, and complicated reports from many different doctors dating back at least 12 years. This took a lot of time and persistence on the part of many people to acquire. She purposefully didn't read any of this information until she met me, and I doubt she's read much of it in the year I've been seeing her. She is a caring and kind doctor and she always remembers my child and her situation at every appointment. We were very comfortable the entire time. She is completely committed to helping her for as long as it takes to find the best solution. Her staff is friendly and warm. We are thankful to have found Dr. Trefzger.
