Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Before my first appointment with her, Dr. Trefzger requested extensive, detailed, and complicated reports from many different doctors dating back at least 12 years. This took a lot of time and persistence on the part of many people to acquire. She purposefully didn't read any of this information until she met me, and I doubt she's read much of it in the year I've been seeing her. She is a caring and kind doctor and she always remembers my child and her situation at every appointment. We were very comfortable the entire time. She is completely committed to helping her for as long as it takes to find the best solution. Her staff is friendly and warm. We are thankful to have found Dr. Trefzger.
