Avoid at all cost car came out with more issues than it went in with, kept getting told my car would be ready but it never was, they had the car for 6 weeks!!! service manager lie after lie and unhelpful, doing work that didn't need doing, definitely will not be returning and not recommending to anyone

If you have a BMW, you shouldn’t take your car to this garage. They ‘repaired’ my X5, but each time it came out with a bigger problem, costing more. They even had the audacity to charge me more for their own mistakes and incompetence! After paying over £1200, I was left with further repairs worth in excess of £1500, and I had to take it to the BMW agent to fix it. They should have been honest in the first place and told me that they didn’t have the ability to diagnose or fix the problem.
