A decent chance I was going to use their services but completely put off by that ridiculous AI garbage phone assistant. Nothing wrong with people leaving a message and have you call them back in a timely manner. Says a site visit was booked. Didn’t ask for my phone number or address. What a joke. Simply awful.
Poor snow plowing service. Frequently late and sometimes did not come to plow or salt. Not recommended.
Great company to deal with, highly recommend these guys, Brent the owner was a pleasure to work with… best in the city by far!
