If I could leave a zero I would. Been dealing with a foundation, mold, and moisture issue for years. Recently discovered it’s 10x worse. Due to the negligence of the HOA. They have been notified of the repairs from my certified contractor who has inspected the problem area and they are doing jack leg work to attempt to fix the issues but are actually making it worse. DO NOT RENT! They are low class and don't take care of there residents. They don't fix there house hold appliances and talk to them as if they don't live there. DO NOT RENT HERE

Don’t rent here. Low class trash . Especially maintenance. Don’t rent here . You will regret it . Roaches everywhere, my cabinets have fallen off because the appliances are so old . If you want to be disappointed and live in filth , then this is the place to go. Worst place I’ve ever lived in my 30 years alive . Seriously , I would give them a 1 and that’s that’s on the Richter scale .

Would give 0 stars if I could. I was in the process of buying a condo that was nice and I was super excited about, but was denied housing due to having an emotional support animal, in which the board member of the HOA didn't even bother to look at the letter from my provider.
