Treetop was acceptable for my time there. It's a (mostly) quiet complex as there's no through traffic from cars but there's a train line that runs randomly behind half of the units, mostly during normal hours but it has come through when we were sleeping. I was fortunate to not have any big issues here but I only lived there for a year. For some reason their website still advertises they have a basketball court and playground even over a year since I moved in, they do not have either. They deleted all of the 1 star reviews - there were dozens of 1 star reviews with stories and pictures. That is dishonest and shows poor integrity. If you have an issue or need something resolved…good luck. You will leave voicemail after voicemail, which is probably better because if you do ever get to actually speak with someone then you will be even more confused AFTER their “help”. Very friendly and the area is kept up & I love being here. I’ve been there for 6 yrs & absolutely love it. They keep areas clean & landscaping gorgeous
The new manager, Jesse, is amazing. Quickly answered all of my questions.
Excellent place to live. Chris (the maintenance man) ensures that the property is well taken care of. Management is good to deal with. Only 1 parking space per apartment. However, there are a few visitor spots people can park in.
