Very disappointing experience with Tree Serve. A Tree Serve Truck blocked our entire driveway and prevented access to our property. My wife was met with threatening and abusive behaviour when asked to move. which has since been reported to police. I also spoke to Scott, who had a poor attitude on the phone and suggested we were somehow in the wrong, despite our driveway being blocked and my wife being abused. Completely unacceptable behaviour and no respect shown to neighbouring residents.

I spoke with a lady called Lisa and she was racist and made me feel like I wasn’t welcome at the company even though my heritage is Indigenous Australian and I just wanted to have a fair go. I dont want to get anyone in trouble but I really feel like less of a man and that I could never cut trees in a bucket.

Very disappointing experience with TreeServe’s head office, the young ladies in charge are disrespectful and rude, with a tone that made it feel like my enquiry was an inconvenience rather than a customer request. No effort was made to resolve concerns or communicate respectfully. Regardless of the outcome, basic courtesy should be given to everyone and especially repeat customers.

I had multiple representatives from TreeServe attend my father’s home in Horsley Park to provide a quote. My father is 75 years old and was quoted $25,000 to remove what was a relatively small tree in the front yard. Despite raising concerns about the pricing, there was no willingness to review or justify the cost. I believe this situation reflects poorly on the company, particularly given my father’s age and circumstances.
