Vandalised the tree on the verge and destroyed my favourite plant after trespassing on to my property. Left the area in a mess. Broke a large branch on the tree of my elderly neighbours (aged 98 and 87) and have just left it hanging there. This company is contracted by Maitland City Council - enough said. If you want your property damaged, then by all means employ these people.

These butchers completely destroyed the tree. Instead of just trimming it enough to meet the minimum requirements, they cut it back as if they wanted to avoid having to touch it again for the next five years. So sloppy, so messy, and so ridiculously careless. I wish they would be shut down and have their licences revoked to keep them away from trees.

Very disappointing experience with Tree Serve. A Tree Serve Truck blocked our entire driveway and prevented access to our property. My wife was met with threatening and abusive behaviour when asked to move. which has since been reported to police. I also spoke to Scott, who had a poor attitude on the phone and suggested we were somehow in the wrong, despite our driveway being blocked and my wife being abused. Completely unacceptable behaviour and no respect shown to neighbouring residents.
