Treesafe's handling of our tree removal and pruning was carried out with great care by Nick and the crew with the maximum of safety. They were very good natured, and careful to look after fruiting trees and other potplants. They cleaned up afterwards really well, no cuttings left behind. Great job at a great price.
If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. With Cyclone Alfred on its way, they called saying they could come today. The arrived, did exactly what was needed, communicating with us and really well with each other. Obviously a tight team. Highly recommend
Treesafe have just completed a job on my property which entailed lobbing and killing a MONSTER LEOPARD TREE happily growing it's way through power lines, and a few other trees that had caused expensive underground pipe/drainage problems. The team of men assigned the job were so polite and professional and the equipment they have is VERY IMPRESSIVE, made the huge job look so effortless. What a wonderful business to deal with. Friendly competent office staff attending to phone, correspondence, organising and billing etc. Prompt, professional, friendly site visit and advice from arborist Brett who had the quote (very reasonable) available within 20 minutes of leaving our home. Nicholas and the gang, very polite and friendly, did a magnificent job in a somewhat restricted area between the pool and the fence in trimming our tall Acronychia hedges that needed to be kept to a minimum of 4 metres high. Fantastic service! Would highly recommend. We had booked in some concreting and realised 2 days before the concrete was to go down that there were some old tree stumps that needed to be ground down. I was really stressed we wouldn't be able to get someone in time but I called Treesafe Australia and they gave me an instant quote and sent someone out the next day. Our access was quite difficult for the machine but the lovely man problem solved and did not complain one bit. Thank you so much!
