The tree man came out Monday and looked at our tree which needed support because it was leaning so much. The man was nice and professional and said the horticulturalist would contact me within two days. When they never called back I called Friday morning and was told by Linda that I would be contacted shortly. I did receive a call later that morning, only to be told that they would not come out to fix the tree. From start to finish they were very professional. We had 7 trees removed and sumps ground and they came out when promised, finished ahead of schedule, did an excellent job getting everything cut down, and an even better job cleaning up afterwards. From the initial estimate, to appointment to job completion I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and their quote was less than the other quote we received.
