James responded promptly to all my calls. High quality work on tree pruning. I felt secure with his recommendations as certified arborist. The crew was polite and on time. They brought a wood chipper and left the property very clean. Highly recommend and will use them again.
We had the best experience with TreeNewal. Their arborist was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show and explain everything to me. I learned a BUNCH (thanks James!). Then the crews who came to take care of and prune the trees were wonderful. Very solicitous, meticulous, and thorough. It sounds silly, but I *swear* my trees are all happier. Thank y'all!
