After a bad experience at a previous vet our girl was so anxious to even step foot near a vets door. We went to treendale pet vet and after many tears we were listened to, helped & guided with the anxiety. After 12 months of ongoing issues and nothing being diagnosed previously at the other vets we finally had answers. Dr Rob and the vet nurses were amazing. Very lucky Treendale vets were open on Sunday as I had an emergency with my dog. Due to their promptness my girl is now fine but also because I actioned on the incident straight away. I donât normally use this vet but think I will from now on. Just very thankful to them.Â
We have always taken our pets to Treendale Pet Medical (and Dr Rob's previous practice, Australind Veterinary Hospital) and have always been very happy with the care and services provided.Â
I tip my hat to Treendale Pet Medical. As a first time puppy owner, I have had a lot to learn, and the team there has been excellent the whole way through. From getting her initial flea and worm treatment sorted before I even brought her in, which then led to her being registered there, through to her vaccinations and more recently her X rays, everything has been handled professionally and with genuine care.
