Our fur baby recently came in to Treendale Medical for a procedure, as soon as we came in, the admin staff were lovely and quickly got us checked in, the vet nurse was absolutely fantastic and took the time to explain everything & answer all my questions, I felt very reassured leaving my baby in the care of Treendale vets! I received an update post procedure from the team and upon collection the vet nurse again took the time to explain how everything went & post procedure care. The team at Treendale Pet Medical have provided excellent care to our 7 year old Greyhound. Dr Rob is easy to talk to, respectful, and explains everything thoroughly. The reception team are friendly, professional and welcoming. We also received a follow up phone call in the days after our visit to check up on how we were going which was appreciated. My husband and I have commented on several occasions that it's so handy we can get in to see a vet quickly and later in the evening which is great for people who work full time. ... read more
