I really appreciated that the person i needed to diagnose two plant issues had a Horticultural Degree. Shawn broke down what was happening to my plants and then formulated a plan to rid one of a disease and the other plant of a pest. Great Job Guys!!
Stopped by on 3 Aug 2013, told a young employee "I'm looking for small hardwood trees and shrubs for bonsai." She answered "I don't know nothing about trees. I only work here on the weekends." I went out back by my self and found a Ginko tree. I asked an adult employee "What's the price for the Ginko tree?" "I don't know nothing about trees."
