I'm thoroughly impressed with Treeline Landscape. Tristan and Ruari provided top-notch service, exceptional value, and a friendly approach that made the entire experience easy. Their prices were incredibly competitive, and the quality of work was outstanding. What truly sets Treeline apart is their friendly and approachable team. They were courteous, communicative, and made me feel like a valued customer.
☆☆☆☆ 1 star I contacted Treeline Services for a free estimate for a large strata building tree and hedge trimming job. Their response time was disappointing — they took 24 hours to reply, and when I responded immediately, I had to wait another full day just to hear back again. It’s 2025 — communication like this is unacceptable. Slow replies and poor follow-up are not how you win clients, especially for bigger jobs. Not impressed. Communication gets a -1. Not recommended.
I was very pleased with the prompt response from Tristan to my email requesting tree removal and some shrub pruning. Rory did an excellent job both in removal and clean up afterwards.Good pricing. I would not hesitate to call upon them in the fututre.
