What a crazy good dinner! I was blown away with how great it was and honestly did not expect to find a meal like this in Leadville. Lots of locally sourced options, great service, nice space. We had the blackened cod, the Colorado cornbread, and the meatballs. We'd order all of those again, they were that good.
I had the fried chicken and the cabbage and carrot slaw. Both were delicious. The service was good and we loved the atmosphere.
What an amazing spot! We were in town for a few days and picked this spot for dinner because of the rooftop patio with the amazing view of the mountains. We got the mushrooms as an app (amazing), I got the slow cooked stew which had so much flavor, and my bf really liked the veggie curry. Our server, Junie, I think, was energetic, kind, and had a great conversation with us about the Willow fire. Would recommend to anyone staying in Leadville!
Our server, Gemma, was wonderful and attentive and we told her so with our tip. The restaurant’s ambience is lovely and mountain-themed. But: of the five of us, three of us received undercooked meat (two cod dishes, one chicken). One of us received raw “crisp” topping on a dessert. These were comped and the manager apologized, but we had to warn others. Really hoping our getaway to Leadville does not end with food poisoning.
