Treeline is for everyone. Expert, friendly staff. Encouraging and energetic gym friends. I love me some CrossFit but I also love to run. The new Hybrid Run Class is my new favorite. Super fun and great cross training for runners looking to improve their strength, endurance and run times. “Just show up!” You’re gonna love it.
