Shout out to Gary and the rest of the maintenance staff that I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting. They work really hard and never let a service request go unanswered for more than 36 hours. Also huge thank you to Melissa, Bailey, and Shana for all of their wonderful customer service and genuine care they’ve shown me, my daughter, and my dog throughout the years. You are all wonderful people and we really appreciate all the hard work.

We are current renters and are happy that we chose Treeline for our short term lease. We haven't had any problems at all so far, the management has been friendly and helpful, online portal makes it easy to submit service requests as well as send messages or look up utility bills etc. The apartment is remodeled, it was very clean when we moved in, cute bathroom and little storage area on the balcony. Listen here folks. There are problems here and there with any apartment or house. It's how it's handled that I would give 5 stars, and my experience has been very good for my few years of living here. I'm not expecting a perfect problem free building, with problem free maintenance/management. That's just not realistic. With that, whenever there was an issue with my unit, they have been able to resolve it in a timely manner. I have had no issues of disrespect with management. In fact, it's quite the opposite. I do not recommend this Apartment. The worst customer service. They are only after your money. The apartment is MOLD infested and they don't do anything to fix it other than paint over it. Do your self a favor and look somewhere else. Before I moved out I made sure that everything is cleaned and had the carpet professionally cleaned. I still got charged $190 for a cleaning fee. What a joke. Please see for your selves. I've attached the pictures that I took.
