Refused package after they told me to send back never opened,cost me $49 dollars to ship back and refused it there not good people to deal with I did everything by there rules, would not recommend to nobody

After taking advantage of the free virtual meeting / consultation, the staff advised me that my trees were too small and I needed to modify my plan so that my treehouse would be safe.
