Not just a gym - it has become my community of people. You come here for more… yes, box-style gyms do serve a purpose. But if you want more than a large room filled with nice machines and trending exercise classes, you go to Treehouse. A hidden gem!
I am 63 years old and have trained on and off for a long time. As a desk jockey, weekend warrior, and sufferer of age related aches and pains, I have been thrilled with the support from the Treehouse team. The coaches I have worked with are seriously the best. I’m a few weeks in and I am SO glad I found this gym! I’m a busy mom who hasn’t worked out in quite a while, so I was nervous getting back into some sort of routine. The women’s class has been the best thing for me! Coach Mark works right along with me and helps me to understand the routines since this is my first experience with anything CrossFit related. I instantly felt comfortable and welcomed! Great atmosphere and great people!
This is a friendly and welcoming environment where I always feel welcomed. This is a low-pressure place that helps people work towards their goals.
