Working with an excellent trainer Mark. He understands the limits of a senior citizen , and the need to stay strong, but has the knowledge to address how to improve fitness and strength. No ageism here! He is experienced, thoughtful and insightful and, oh yes NICE. The Gym is clean, well lit, a pleasant space to work out in and there’s adequate parking. Now if only someone else could do the work for me.

My 15 year old son has been going to Treehouse for almost a year now. He has gained so much knowledge from the coaches. He has become stronger physically and especially mentally. I would highly recommend Treehouse.

At first I was a little worried about my 11-year-old starting a lifting program. You hear so many horror stories of injuries and potential growth issues of kids working out too early. I have been nothing but impressed with the atmosphere and the teaching that Treehouse provides these children. I actually think my 11-year-old has better form than I do at this point. My son works out with Spencer and has really enjoyed the experience. He has gained speed and strength and confidence. Spencer works them hard but is very personable and makes it enjoyable for the boys. I can’t say enough about our experience.
