My daughter has been seeing Dr Eltobgy since she was released from the nicu after being born. He’s kind and very thorough. Nothing but good things to say.
My son was referred to Dr. Mansoor at Treehouse Pediatrics around a month ago. The day after the referral, we already received a call from Treehouse Pediatrics with an appointment set for only a month out! Amazing!! This place does NOT follow up with appt dates and times and will not bother helping you if you call. Very incorrect way of doing things. Anyone going here make sure they punch in your information each time. As for my respond from Treehouse, there’s absolutely nothing to discuss. We missed our appointment and finding out a year later but your people there couldn’t bother looking up our information or contacting us concerning our surgeon, appointment date, time etc. just didn’t do your part. I brought my daughter to this clinic through a referral from another doctor. Upon arrival the receptionists were all kind. Everything seemed to be going well until a medical student took over and proceeded with asking various questions. I would say about 20 minutes into the appointment she asked me if I could leave the room and sit outside so that she could speak with my 10 year old daughter alone which I found very strange but I agreed.
