I am pleased with the care my son received on the couple of visits. You'll need a family doctor referral, or you can go to the urgent care. However, if you are using the urgent care for the first time, make sure you make a phone call to register. Staff are friendly and helpful. The office is organized and adheres to the appointment time with little wait time.
Where there's smoke, there's fire. As many other reviewers have mentioned, this doctor's office is truly an embarrassment. I wish the Canadian system were more rigorous when it comes to granting licenses to doctors, especially those responsible for children's lives, and, more importantly, regularly monitoring their practice.
