Our baby sees Dr.Mansoor and shes been very friendly so far and working on a plan with us to help our baby. Staff are very polite and friendly. Clinic does run behind as the day goes along which is tough with a baby but thats not also surprising for a specialists office. We just call in advance to figure out how late the doc is running.
I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Nadia Mansoor for my toddler and waited one month. When we arrived, I was told that because her health card was expired, they would not see her. I offered to pay for the visit out of pocket as I needed medical advice for her ear infection. My daughter was experiencing concerning symptoms and urgently needed care. We left without help and had to seek medical attention elsewhere. Very disappointed in the lack of compassion and flexibility for a young child needing care.
Receptionist failed to call, email, text, mail,(or any other type of contact possible) about our child’s appt with the hospital and instead, we were marked as a no show last year and we could’ve had all things done last year in terms of surgery. Incredibly rude receptionist when inquiring a year later as to when our possible appt will be but she refused to do anything but tell us a wait time. Hope she gets fired and never able to work for something that’s supposed to be so important for Canadians.
We had a great experience with Dr. Nael - she was thorough and answered all of our questions with care and compassion.
Dr. Tamayo and her staff provided excellent service. They understood the needs of our child, gave us plenty of time to explain the issue, and helped us connect with other professionals at the clinic.
