I had my kid's appointment with Dr Juliana. I was late 12 minutes due to unexpected traffic congestion. Called them on way and explained them the situation. Once there, they said doctor cannot see you anymore since u are 12 minutes late. Well, they take less than 5 minutes to check the patient but cannot accept slight delays. While reading reviews, its so clear they have problem with everyone, come early, on time or late. I don't know why the GPs even refer the patients to this clinic.

Dr. Catalina Maria Tamayo Estrada is truly one of the best and most patient doctors we’ve ever been to. You can tell that she truly cares about her patients and she is very professional with the way she handles her patients.
The whole experience was wonderful from the time the appointment was book, the receptionist team welcoming us and Dr Salazar was amazing! Highly recommend!
