Tree House Pediatric Therapy is truly outstanding. Their staff is professional, caring, and dedicated to each child’s progress. They create a warm, supportive environment and always make families feel valued.
Miss Karla at the Batavia location is SO great with my kid. My child cooperates well for all of the exercises with her, when we struggle to get her to do the exercises at home.
Miss Molly is such a bright part of each week for us! She is great with our busy toddler and always has the most engaging activities. We are so grateful for her in helping develop his speech, as well as his love for learning and play!
This place has been such a help with my 2E neurodivergent 5 year old son. We started with Miss Rachel for therapy until the official diagnosis came in and were able to move into OT with Miss Katie and now Food therapy with Miss Brittany. He LOVES them all and they have ALL helped us so much on this journey. Making strides together! Thank you so much for all you do! Highly recommend.
My son received services here for 9 months. In that time, there was a lot of staff turnover. Every time he had a new therapist his anxiety worsened. Their suggestion was that he see a psychiatrist and be put on meds. Like seriously? As a mother, that's always a last resort, not a first option. Any problem behavior, they do not know how to handle and will call you to pick up your child early. All the the therapists are very young and seemingly right out of college.
