My son received services here for 9 months. In that time, there was a lot of staff turnover. Every time he had a new therapist his anxiety worsened. Their suggestion was that he see a psychiatrist and be put on meds. Like seriously? As a mother, that's always a last resort, not a first option. Any problem behavior, they do not know how to handle and will call you to pick up your child early. All the the therapists are very young and seemingly right out of college. I usually don’t write reviews but this cancellation policy is insensitive to the realities of being a parent. I have two kids in therapy at the Woodridge location for about a year now. There is a $35 per child cancellation fee if you cancel less than 24 hours and don’t reschedule that week. My 3 year old was sick with explosive diarrhea for his Thursday night appt.
