Stayed here three times, and somehow all three stays had the same issues. 3 out of 3 times, the beer garden was closed for a private event/reservation—usually some tech/AI crowd. We couldn’t even sit there to eat the hotel’s own pizza and had to take it to another area. The reasons I kept giving this place another chance: it’s friendly for small dogs and the pool is extremely warm, which my family enjoys. Understaffed. Which means they underpay. I’m giving this corporate chain 3-stars for the landscaping and interior design, which makes their open spaces enjoyable in the right company. BUT they undoubtedly exploit their staff, which is why the service is abysmal. Put more trash cans and dish stations out so guests can self-serve and clean up themselves.
Currently staying hear in a suite booked on American express fine hotels... upon booking we called and asked for early check in and late check out.. the person on the phone said not a issue as its a perk when booking with amex.. also included was a room up grade and a 125 food credit from amex. On day of check out we called to make sure of the late check out.. and the rude manager Amy says no.. i cant give ya 4pm... even tho when ya book its a perk offered...
