First time visiting this location and our kids loved it. It was much higher than order location, with many slots up there. I was able to follow my kids to explore it myself all the way to the top and used the slides 😂 All sharp edges have been covered with foam and padding, they did a good job there. Ball pit could be bigger and deeper a bit for the kids.
It is a lovely place. Clean and playful. My daughter and her friends had loads of fun. It was her birthday with 4 of her friends, we ordered 2 boxes of pizza, juice packs They also sell chicken nuggets and fries. It is a nice indoor playground. Make sure to go with your socks.
We spent two hours here and it was well worth the entry fee. Tons of things to do. All the equipment was in great shape (some indoor playground equipment is all patched up at some other such places). Snacks and drinks are very expensive. I was pleasantly surprised that the washroom was very clean plus they offer slippers to use during your bathroom visit.
Used to be a great place. But I had a bad customer service experience today.
