Had a fantastic experience at Treehouse! Victor was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made great recommendations. The shop has a great selection and welcoming vibe—definitely my go-to spot from now on.
Went for the first time today and Rachel helped me. She was not only knowledgeable and personable, but also gave me her honest opinion on the products.
Super great staff and products. Mark when you walk in is a cool guy who has made me feel welcomed. When I had questions about products they were never judgmental and always very professional and courteous. Greg who works there also helped me avoid a debit card fee when I was 50 cents short on a cash purchase. I felt so bad but thats how kind this staff really is. I highly recommend you check this place out.
