Great product and the service was exceptional. The trap was held up at a shipping center and when I contacted TreeHelp they responded quickly and sent out a new one which arrived in a couple of days. I would definitely order through them again. This was a gift to a friend so no pic.

I can't say enough good things about TreeHelp. This is the second time I've ordered palm tree fertilizer spikes (50 at a time because I have five palm trees), and once again, they shipped promptly and my spikes arrived today. When I had a question, and contacted customer care, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply within a couple of hours.
