I tried every way I could to contact treecology, online, by phone...no success. Couldn't get a call back or an estimate so I finally went in a different direction with someone else. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication.
Cannot say enough great things about the tremendous job done by TreeCology on our trees! Came on time. Did more than they said they would. Cleaned up better than the promise they made to leave it spectacularly spotless! Removed a set of 4 trunks grown together, another set of 2 trunks, ground down all the trunks, cut numerous dead limbs out of several oak trees over fence, electric wires and our shed. I called TreeCology to get a quote for a client of mine to trim back an overgrown tree on a property they were purchasing. Brett answered my call, went to the property to assess the scope of work, and called me back quickly with an estimate and more knowledge than I could have asked for. My clients booked them to come out to the property the day after closing to complete the job and they were also impressed. Highly recommend!
I did use this business. Very satisfied with the job by this company. The owners are very professional and knowledgeable. They take pride in their work and do all they can to accommodate your needs. Our property was left neat and clean. Looks great. The crew of men and women working for them are top notch hard workers. I had two big trees that I hated to lose but it was necessary. I will replace them with more trees. I highly recommend this company and crew.
Complete disrespect for your property and will leave a mess of dirt on your driveway and your neighbors driveway after the fact. They will move things without asking the owners, destroying them while moving, and not putting them back properly. They claim they just didn't know. Maybe they should have asked the home owner before destoying their stuff. Do NOT recommend!
