If you get stuck to someone who constantly smokes seeps right through walls outlets etc. 🤢 the price you have to pay definitely not worth it. And property manager does absolutely nothing about it.
I feel absolutely awful for the people who live here! The roads for the apartments and connecting housing are truly a disgrace! The roads are beyond terrible. If you are going to charge that much rent for all those apartments, at least have some decency to have better roads.
The leasing manager is awesome and the maintenance are efficient and always there when we need them. I love it
Worse place to live in Lafayette landlord and her maintenance man’s are slumlords. They take forever to come fix things in your house. The landlord picks and chooses who she wants to pick with at giving times. Save yourself the move and find somewhere else to move. Also the police be out there every single day, there’s no side walks for the kids. People drive crazy through there, neighbors kids break into your cars. It’s not a safe place to stay.
