I paid James $500 this past spring to treat a needle fungus on my cypress trees which was suppose to cover 2 treatments. He did the spring treatment but has yet to show up for the fall treatment. I eventually managed to get him to answer the phone after numerous texts & voice messages. He promised to come out & treat my trees several weeks ago but never showed up or called. These guys were great! Quick, efficient, and super tidy. They took down a tree in my yard without any issues and cleaned everything up perfectly afterward. Highly recommend!
