Haven’t had ac for a month, the condo fees are always increased yet they couldn’t be bothered to use some of that money to update the cooling systems before we hit summer months. This place is falling apart and you’d think the increase in fees would go into some renovations.
Very dirty and lots of molds and mice never seen a place worse like this
