The owner of this business did not follow my explicit instructions to level the canopy of the sycamore tree in my back yard. He delegated the work to one of his employees (to whom he referred as his arborist). The arborist removed too much growth from my sycamore tree, far more than what I told the owner.The owner of the business conceded that he did not watch his employee complete the work the entire time that the employee was at my home. I have used this company and they did a fantastic job!
The crew did a great job. Surgical at removing our very large tree, near power lines and our home. The owner bent over backwards to make sure the job got done, above our satisfaction.
**** is straight forward and no nonsense. The crew dealt with half the job being near the septic tank, on a steep hill and covered with vines. They could only use ropes and saws there. The competent hard working crew did both halves expertly.
