The single worst service I have ever worked with. Originally Kevin asked for me to pay him some money in advance as "things were tight and he needed some money to get started". I paid him that and at the same time he had an amployee send my wife a electronic funds request "saying things are bad and he needed it in advance of Christmas". She didnt know how unscrupulous the person we were dealing with actually was and gave him money. Very professional, do a great job cutting trees down and removing them, great prices
Kevin came to me pointing out a very sick tree next to house ... A year later found his card on the fridge and gave him a call 2 weeks later the tree is gone He showed up with a crew of 5. Trimed one side to help the direction of fall and down it came. His crew swarmed the tree like bees and all was hauled away. Stump was next including a old one that was in the yard Could have given a 5 but Kevin needs to work on his communications skills and his equipment is tired.
