Recently, Kyle of Tree Walkers, eliminated the jungle in my backyard and explained kindly how to take care of my enormous coastal redwoods. Kyle and his team, including his office manager Mel, exhibited outstanding professionalism and yet small town friendliness throughout the entire process of free estimate, service and billing. I am eager to share this special find in local services. Other businesses would be wise to follow their sterling example.
Work was done fine no issue was 2nd time we have used them and referred them to several friends. Was overcharged for time it took (2 hrs) to complete work, when we questioned the office regarding the amount of time charged was told they charged us for travel time (1/2 hr.) we are located in the City of Nevada City. Will not use or make referrals again.

Kyle at Tree Walker was fantastic! This is the second time in a year that I have used them. They are professional, efficient, and my yard is cleaner than when they came in. They even took away some extra logs and brush I had laying around, so that I wouldn't have to deal with it. Super thankful!! My neighbors now use them, as well.
He did a good job the first few times. The last time he did not complete the work, disclosed confidential information, and caused extensive property damage. While he presents as a nice, honest person, things have changed since the owner had a terrible accident and was out of work for several months. His license is under a dba from a company a relative, perhaps his mother, owns.
