Great units. Laundry in every building. Would be nice to have in units. Not a far drive to Pigeon Forge.
30 years and I've never been disappointed. My family and I missed years due to the fires and personal struggles but its always the vacation we need even when we dont realize it. ❤️ Breaks my heart that many of the employees we grew to know also passed. Thd newer ones were trained by the best. Love Tree Tops ❤️
This place is beautiful in the trees and at the end of the auto Roaring Fork Motor Trail. The entrance is so close. The one star dropped off is because, there are these little worm like insects that keep coming into the room. We've swept them out at night, I tried my hair spray to kill them at 3:00am. So that's my one complaint this time, which is our third time coming here. We've had reservations at places and had to leave for a family funeral, so we weren't here to wait for any maintenance staff. I can't have any strong ch... read more
Great place loved it so much
We have been visiting this resort in Gatlinburg annually since 2016. We love the location and views. Our 2 bedroom unit faced the creek and Roaring Fork Road. We have seen wildlife roaming the property.
