These apartments can be made nice with the right decor, however they are EXTREMELY outdated. The thermostats controlling the electric baseboards do not have visible lines on the dial, the stoves/ ovens cannot fit a normal sized frozen pizza due to their microscopic size, and if you're fortunate enough to get a second story apartment, expect noticeably uneven floors. All of this could be overlooked due to the cost being on the cheaper end, however the management company that has taken over is eliminating that cost friendlines... read more

I looked for many places around Moon area and found this to be the best,cheapest and conveniently located place. Pat, The manager had always been very responsive and helpful, Tom who takes care of Laundry unit is very sincere and I didn't face any issues at the place. Simply the best in terms of rent and lease options! I enjoyed the stay for the past 3 years because of helpful neighbors and hard working, care taking manager.
