These people did a job for my cousins mother and never bothered cleaning up the debris they left nor did they repair the driveway they cracked. And after they promised to make it right, they stopped answering our calls. Very unprofessional. We will definitely be escalating this.
Tree Tom was quick to come out and survey our new property and tell us which limbs needed to go, and even a tree that needed to come down due to the age and decay. His team scheduled the removal and canopy trimming within that week and got the job done quickly and efficiently! He was so easy to work with and you can tell right away he loves what he does! They were in the Gainesville area and offered to do our trees in between a job. Mark was very knowledgeable about palm tree trimming. Him and his crew knocked out a job that took my husband and I half a day last summer. They finished in a little over an hour and went above and beyond. Clean up was exceptional and pricing was very affordable….Mark even threw in a few jokes. This company is professional and proficient. Would recommend!
