I bought bundle of plants, like Russian Almond 1 year old, Common Purple Lilac, Borealis Haskap 2 year old, Morden Sunrise Rose 1 year old. I received in one box and all were bare root plants. One Russian Almond and two Borealis Haskap died and they were so small does not look like two year old plants. After claim of refund or return but Tree time refused to accept our claim. I'm quite pleased how helpful they were resolving issues.
Treetime shipped me a bunch of dead trees. When I explained the issue they expected me to pay the shipping for replacements.
Always very happy with what we've ordered and received!
These guys/gals did a great job helping me when one of my trees wasn't the one I wanted. They answered me very quickly - the next day - and gave me credit back. They answered other tree questions not related to my issue, and gave me other suggestions. I wish I wasn't so far away; I would love meet these guys and see their operations.
