Excellent customer service. I had a small issue with damage cause by one of their employees. Kimberly had someone take care of the issues immediately and followed up with me to ensure it was completed. As a result of the prompt response and resolution I hired them to remove a tree for me. Again, thanks Tree Solutions for great customer service which goes a long way in today’s businesses because it’s almost non existent these days with most companies.

THEY KNOCKED ON MY DOOR. Came and cut down a huge huge tree that was causing major damage. IT WAS DYING. LIMBS FALLING ON NEIGHBOR'S ROOF. BROKE HIS FENCE. BIG LIMBS FALLING IN THE CANAL. Floating away doing more damage. THESE GUYS GAVE ME A GREAT PRICE. THEY CLEANED UP NON STOP, AS THEY WERE WORKING. THEY HAVE A BIG CREW AND THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT FOR THE JOB. WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. GOOD JOB GUYS. THANK YOU.

Gave me a price and when they showed up,,,it was almost double to do the job. I said,,I signed the contract and they said it was only an estimate.. Then,,why did he have me sign it? Then they just left.
