Highly recommend Tree Shepherds! They are courteous, professional and responded promptly with any questions. John P came out and gave us a thorough, detailed assessment of our trees and how best to care for them. Jonathan, Red, and Travis came out to actually trim our trees and did an excellent job! They trimmed them up nicely in our front and backyard and cleaned up any debris. They showed up on time and completed all the agreed upon work and gave us a quick summary before they left. Very satisfied with their work!
I’m very happy with the service from Tree Shepherds! The team is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. What stood out most is that they don’t just trim based on requests, they have a certified arborist (in our case, John) who evaluates your trees and property and recommends the best approach. We had Stan come out and look at our tree then sent the quote which was very fair - I accepted the quote and the office called as promised and we had an appointment set - when Travis and his crew arrived they worked together effectively and the job was finished in less than 2 hours - our tree looks great and I will always call Tree Shepards
