The work itself was fine, but the men broke a landscape light fixture. When I called John he said he would come look, but he never did. He totally ghosted us on phone calls, email, and text. Follow up is non-existent. I do not recommend him or his service. I’ll just pay an electrician to come fix it myself. I don’t appreciate being lied to about something so simple.
Highly recommend John & company at Tree Service Plano. They’ve taken down a utility easement ash that was damaged during the 2021 ice storm, a dead Elderica pine, and an overgrown fence-line hackberry that was hanging over on my neighbor’s side. Each time they left my yard spotless, I couldn’t even tell they were there. All limbs and debris were completely removed, and the stump crew came in quickly after. Super professional and fast service.

Excellent experience! Needed an emergency tree removal Plano TX after a storm brought down a massive limb across our driveway near Oak Point. They responded to my call immediately and had a crew out to clear the hazard within hours. The price was very fair for the speed and quality of work. Total lifesavers!
