6 years ago (Fall 2019), we bought a beautiful live elm round coffee table from this shop, great experience, and beautiful product (gorgeous blue epoxy swirl within the round and great varnish job). We sought them out again on 9/27/2025 for a unique live edge headboard (they had moved from Livonia to Farmington Hills). Picking out the two live edge Silver Maple pieces went well. Drove quite a ways to get here only to find that they were not open according to the posted hours. Very disappointing.
They had me drop off wood to be milled and when I checked on the job they said they threw out the wood and are no longer milling wood. They also said the guy they had working for them was a complete flake. I am contacting authorities - beware of doing business with these guys!
This is buy far the best experience I've ever had The team here is wonderfully skilled,extremely polite, and gave me solid advice and helped me think through my project Never have I ever had a greater and more professional experience at ANY other institution I didn't need to make an appointment, they moved everything off their schedule to accommodate!
Great supplier for live edge trees. Local Walnut oak maple.
