Tree Patrol trimmed our tree after a limb broke off over our power line during a storm. They were very responsive, and came by to give a quote the morning after we called, then were able to fit us in very quickly. They said they needed to remove a large adjacent branch trimmed as well that would be dangerous if left, and we were a little hesitant at first (we love this tree!), but they were right—when it came down we could see it was just beginning to rot in the center of the trunk.
